Working Principle
The Water Softener System operates on an advanced ion-exchange resin process that removes hardness-causing minerals like calcium and magnesium from water. In this process, strong acid cation exchange resin replaces hardness ions with sodium ions, producing soft, scale-free water suitable for industrial and commercial applications.

Operating Cycle
The water softener operates in a continuous cycle:
Service → Backwash → Regeneration → Rinse
- Service: Hard water passes through resin for softening
- Backwash: Removes suspended impurities and re-expands resin bed
- Regeneration: Brine solution restores resin capacity
- Rinse: Flushes excess salt and prepares system for next cycle
