Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
Purpose: Treatment of industrial wastewater to meet statutory discharge standards.
Stages of Treatment:
1. Primary: Screening, Oil & Grease removal, pH correction.
2. Secondary: Aeration (ASP / MBBR / SBR) and biological oxidation.
3. Tertiary: Filtration, Disinfection, and Optional RO or UF.

• Design flow: 10–1000 KLD
• BOD Removal: ≥95%
• Custom automation with SCADA/PLC for large ETPs.
